Thanks to its natural rubber base, RACLOPREMA® offers excellent mechanical properties across the board: tensile strength, elongation at break, tear propagation resistance, abrasion resistance, etc.
It is particularly resistant to fine-grained abrasives such as sand, sandblasting, fine abrasives, sanding dust, etc.
In addition, it is highly flexible and elastic, offers protection against corrosion and reduces the influence of noise and vibrations.
Applications
Conveyor belts and container linings, e.g. hoppers, chutes, pump bodies, tanks, silos, etc., to prevent wear caused by highly aggressive products such as:
• Rocks, wood and chemicals
• Fine-grained media
• Chemicals
• Medium to high density media
• Medium to high hardness media
• Fine dry media with a maximum temperature of +70 °C
Can be used as a protective curtain during cleaning and disposal work:
• Quarries
• Gravel pits
• Cement and concrete industries
